IOM Procurement Notice: Provision of All-Risk Property Insurance Services for IOM facilities
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Kenya invites qualified and licensed insurance providers to submit quotations for the provision of All-Risk Property Insurance Services for its office and accommodation facilities in Dadaab (Garissa County) and Kakuma (Turkana County), Kenya. The assignment covers immovable assets, including permanent and semi-permanent buildings, on a full reinstatement (replacement value) basis for an initial period of 12 months, renewable subject to performance and funding availability. The insurance policy should provide comprehensive all-risk coverage, including fire and allied perils, natural disasters, terrorism and political violence, burglary, accidental damage, business interruption, and related extensions. Interested bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in property insurance, financial capacity, adequate reinsurance arrangements, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
