Provides specialized photography services to support the organization's communication, documentation, and visibility objectives. The role involves planning and executing photographic assignments and producing high-quality digital visual content.


Key Responsibilities
  • Independently plans and executes photographic coverage of conferences, high-level meetings, and official events.
  • Applies advanced photographic techniques to capture high-quality images.
  • Exercises judgement in selecting angles, subjects, and moments for comprehensive coverage.
  • Coordinates directly with event focal points and adapts coverage based on evolving event dynamics.
  • Independently edits and processes digital images using specialized software.
  • Ensures compliance with technical specifications and applies judgement in image enhancement, color correction, and formatting.
  • Produces curated selections of high-impact images suitable for publications, web platforms, and official use.
  • Ensures consistency with institutional branding and communication requirements.
  • Prepares accurate and detailed captions requiring verification of names, titles, and event context.
  • Manages digital image records, ensuring proper classification, metadata application, and retrieval systems.
  • Contributes to maintaining an organized and accessible institutional visual archive.
  • Maintains and troubleshoots photographic equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Identifies technical requirements for assignments and provides input on equipment usage and improvements.
  • Ensures proper handling and care of specialized photographic tools and accessories.
Required Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in providing professional photographic services is required. Experience with the latest photography technologies, including but not limited to cameras and editing software, is desirable. Experience in independently shooting, captioning, and posting professional photos on social media platforms is desirable.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma in Business Administration, still photography, communications, journalism, arts, media, or other related areas is an advantage.
