Overview
The TLP Repayment Associate is responsible for contacting TLP Participants regarding outstanding debt or paid loans, adhering to IOM principles and applicable legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach calls to Participants with overdue accounts to discuss settlement options.
- Review and enter data in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
- Respond to general account inquiries from Participants via phone or email.
- Explore repayment agreement options with Participants.
- Perform skip tracing techniques to locate parties for negotiation.
- Prepare and distribute repayment letters.
- Support Participants with TLP WebPortal inquiries and registration.
- Demonstrate understanding of SOPs, systems, databases, and IOM Standards of Conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of paperwork.
- Uphold RMM Protection Mainstreaming Minimum Standards.
- Alert supervisor to safeguarding or protection concerns, or non-compliance.
Required Experience
- At least three years of relevant professional experience with a University Degree, or at least five years of relevant professional experience with a high school diploma.
- Working experience in office management/ Accounting/Bookkeeping.
- Working experience in billing and collections is an advantage.
- Working experience in USRAP Travel Loan Program a distinctive advantage.
Qualifications
University Degree from an accredited academic institution, or Completed high school diploma from an accredited academic institution.
