Overview
This position is responsible for contacting TLP Participants regarding outstanding debt or paid loans, ensuring adherence to IOM principles and legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach calls to Participants with overdue accounts.
- Review and enter data in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to general account inquiries via phone or email.
- Overcome objections and suggest payment arrangements.
- Perform skip tracing techniques to locate parties.
- Prepare and distribute repayment letters.
- Support Participants with TLP WebPortal questions.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of paperwork.
- Uphold protection mainstreaming standards.
- Alert supervisor to safeguarding or protection concerns.
Required Experience
- At least three years of relevant professional experience with a University Degree, or at least five years of relevant professional experience with a completed high school diploma.
- Working experience in office management/ Accounting/Bookkeeping.
- Working experience in billing and collections is an advantage.
- Working experience in USRAP Travel Loan Program a distinctive advantage.
Qualifications
University Degree from an accredited academic institution, or Completed high school diploma from an accredited academic institution.
