Provide specialized project management and coordination services to support the planning, implementation, and completion of the UNICEF Tokyo office relocation project.
Develop and maintain the project management framework for the relocation, including project planning, implementation scheduling, stakeholder coordination, risk monitoring, documentation, operational readiness planning, and project closure. Coordinate with colleagues, vendors, service providers, building management, and external stakeholders to facilitate relocation activities, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and produce agreed deliverables.
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, operations management, office administration, workplace transition, facilities management, office relocation, or a related field.
Advanced university degree (master’s or higher) in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Public Administration, Communications, International Relations or other relevant disciplines is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work.
