To strengthen the stewardship, coordination, implementation, reporting, and growth of multi-country strategic partnerships across APRO, with an initial focus on strategic regional donors.
Support effective partnership management, donor engagement, knowledge management, and coordination across Country Offices, Area Offices, National Committees and relevant headquarters divisions to ensure delivery of partnership commitments and support future resource mobilization opportunities.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in partnership management, grant oversight, donor stewardship, or resource mobilization, including managing proposals, grant implementation, reporting, and donor engagement for private sector donors, foundations, faith-based organizations, or other strategic partners; experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing complex partnership portfolios. In case the applicant holds a Bachelor's degree they must have at least 7 years of work experience in the relating field.
Master’s degree in international relations, Development Assistance, or related fields. In case the applicant holds a Bachelor's degree they must have at least 7 years of work experience in the relating field.
