Overview
Support the implementation and delivery of the FMIS project by building and maintaining application modules, developing backend services, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain FMIS application modules using ASP.NET/.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy, premises management, projects management, dashboards, reporting, and GIS-related modules.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Provide daily technical support and analyze business/system requirements.
- Conduct bug fixing, troubleshooting, optimization, and quality assurance activities.
- Review code and ensure application security, performance, and compliance with UNRWA standards.
- Support deployment, UAT, production releases, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Deliver regular progress updates and backlog tracking reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development using ASP.NET/.NET Core and MS SQL Server. Experience in enterprise application development and implementation. Experience developing APIs and integrations. Experience in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. Experience with relational databases and SQL Server. Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Familiarity with deployment environments and DevOps practices is desirable. Experience with GIS integrations and dashboards is an asset.
Qualifications
University degree from accredited educational institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
