Overview
Support business intelligence, reporting, knowledge management, and data analytics activities. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate insights and develop reports and visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, sourcing, mining, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources.
- Developing analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews of reports, data, and processes.
- Supporting the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting solutions.
- Collaborating with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources.
- Assisting in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Monitoring data quality and supporting data management activities.
- Supporting end-users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Qualifications
- a) Enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school Programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher) in data science, statistics, mathematics, information technology, computer science, business information technology or related field; or
- b) Enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent) in data science, statistics, mathematics, information technology, computer science, business information technology or related field.
