Overview
This role supports the design, development, and delivery of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programmes in Civil Engineering. The incumbent facilitates learning, designs assessments, and builds linkages with employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the design and development of learning programmes and curricula.
- Facilitates the delivery of school-based and work-based learning programmes.
- Designs student assessments, both formative and summative.
- Builds linkages with employers, workers, and TVET instructors.
- Applies quality assurance tools and processes.
- Supports TVET greening and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborates with other instructors and staff members.
Required Experience
No experience at this entry level of TVET Instructor (Civil Eng) - grade 11, is required.
Qualifications
A university degree of four years from an accredited educational institution in an approved course of study with major specialization in the field of subject taught.
