Overview

This is an opportunity for a professional to grow their HR career within an HR team, contributing to various HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Performance Management, Staff Relations, and Contracting, Entitlement and Payroll.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of complex HR queries and follow up actions.
  • Allocate responsibilities and support on-the-job learning and development of junior support staff.
  • Identify evolving needs of the organization and recommend changes in HR processes and procedures.
  • Review and compile a variety of data on staff recruitment and selection, contractual conditions, entitlements, performance and training requirements, workforce, etc.
  • On board new staff joining WFP.
  • Prepare a range of complex HR documentation.
  • Use Workday (HCM) HR management systems for reviewing, entering and updating HR data.
  • Monitor staff deployment and handle related administrative actions.
Required Experience

Six (06) or more years of progressively responsible support work experience in general administrative work, including at least three years in human resources. Post-secondary education can compensate for some years of experience. For example, three (03) years of work experience in combination with a Master’s Degree; or four (04) years of work experience in combination with a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

Preferably, relevant university education covering organizational psychology and/or Human Resources Management. Minimum secondary school education with post-secondary certification in Human Resources Management. Other educational backgrounds can be considered provided relevant professional experience and/or formal training in HRM.

1 day per week remote working option within the duty station (subject to conditions)
Remuneration
Competitive salary starting at USD 2,159 p.m. In addition, due to the war another allowance of USD 623 p.m is payable.
