National Consultant – Health Sector Capital Investments

Overview

Provide country-level analytical, technical, and implementation support to strengthen health sector capital investment planning, prioritization, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct desk reviews of national policies and documentation.
• Compile, clean, validate, analyse, and synthesize datasets.
• Apply and operationalize analytical methodologies and decision-support tools.
• Support implementation, testing, validation, and refinement of the Health Capital Investment Management System and Health Sector Investment Prioritization Framework.
• Prepare technical documentation, analytical summaries, dashboards, maps, and presentations.
• Coordinate technical inputs with national stakeholders and development partners.
• Prepare regular technical reports.

Required Experience

At least two years of relevant professional experience in health systems analysis, health economics, health service planning, health information systems, data analytics, capital investment planning, or a related field. Experience compiling, managing, analysing, and interpreting quantitative datasets to support policy or programme decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in economics, public health, health policy, public administration, data science, or another relevant field.
