Overview

Support the global Last Mile Supply Monitoring (LMSM) initiative, focusing on ensuring country office adoption and continued use of the solution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in the LMSM team, contributing ideas and flagging challenges.
  • Support engagement with country offices (COs) for LMSM adoption, including concept notes and scoping.
  • Compile user feedback to identify platform, material, and analytics enhancements.
  • Support improvements to training approaches and development of training materials.
  • Assist in the delivery of Training of Trainers (ToTs) and support COs in delivering trainings to Implementing Partners.
  • Collect learnings from countries using LMSM to inform global scale-up.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Required Experience

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Supply chain management, Project management, development of training materials and facilitation of trainings, experience with development of procedures such as standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

A first level university degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or other related disciplines. A relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable.

Fluency in English is required.
Languages Preferred
Fluency in French is highly desirable. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
