Overview
Support the global Last Mile Supply Monitoring (LMSM) initiative, focusing on ensuring country office adoption and continued use of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the LMSM team, contributing ideas and flagging challenges.
- Support engagement with country offices (COs) for LMSM adoption, including concept notes and scoping.
- Compile user feedback to identify platform, material, and analytics enhancements.
- Support improvements to training approaches and development of training materials.
- Assist in the delivery of Training of Trainers (ToTs) and support COs in delivering trainings to Implementing Partners.
- Collect learnings from countries using LMSM to inform global scale-up.
- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Required Experience
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Supply chain management, Project management, development of training materials and facilitation of trainings, experience with development of procedures such as standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
A first level university degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or other related disciplines. A relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable.
