Overview
This non-managerial position supports the implementation of MEAL activities by contributing to quality monitoring processes and promoting accountability towards beneficiaries. The role will primarily support MEAL field activities for mixed migration interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person data collection for PSMs to measure beneficiary satisfaction and gather other relevant findings.
- Conduct patrols and regular field visits with the programme team, deliver awareness sessions for newly arrived migrants, and promptly share and discuss any key issues, observations, or feedback collected.
- Ensure the timely entry/export of all satisfaction forms received from beneficiaries.
- Conduct random field visits to the restaurant to check the quantity/quality of the provided meals.
- Receive and document beneficiaries' feedback and complaints through face-to-face meetings during patrols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by MEAL Team Leader/Manager.
Required Experience
- Ability to write reports in English.
- Good knowledge of MS utilities (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good training & communication skills.
- Flexibility in carrying out tasks.
- Good listener with clear communication.
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel very frequently to field sites and present of the time.

Qualifications
High school certificate. Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, statistics, economics, M&E science, social science, or a related field.
