Construction and Rehabilitation of 17 WASH in Health Care Facilities and 04 WASH in Community Water Supply Projects (09 Projects in Daikundi Province, 12 projects in Paktika Province). Bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as stipulated in this RFP. Bidders must carefully review Section 3 – Qualifications, Specialized Experience, and Additional Competencies of the Terms of Reference (ToR) and ensure full compliance with the stated requirements. Proposals should be prepared and submitted accordingly, together with all supporting documentation demonstrating compliance with the specified criteria. The Technical and Financial Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology set out in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR). Bidders are advised to carefully review the ToR and ensure that their submissions adequately address all requirements and evaluation criteria defined therein. To provide bidders with first hand information on the project details, a pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 2nd August 2026 at 14:00hrs Kabul time. Please see Annex-8 on the meeting link.
