Consultants are sought to design a study providing a blueprint for building a Regional Transport Information System (RTIS), encompassing technical and institutional aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a study for the RTIS blueprint.
- Design a Needs and Gap Assessment.
- Design a Technical Architecture.
- Design an Institutional and Governance Framework.
- Design an Implementation Roadmap.
Required Experience
At least 10 years of experience in transport data systems, regional integration projects, or M&E frameworks for sustainable transport is required.
Qualifications
Master's degree in planning transport, data science, information systems, public policy, or related field is required.
