Overview
The Administrative Associate (People and Culture) provides administrative management support services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations and specialized people and culture functions in line with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertakes administrative management support services.
- Provides guidance to administrative staff.
- Supports staff in office administrative assignments.
- Ensures office administrative operations and services follow organizational policy.
- Executes procedural and specialized administrative and people and culture tasks.
- Manages budget.
- Provides administrative support services, security and safety.
- Manages procurement.
- Manages asset and property.
- Handles administrative transactions and contractual arrangements.
- Supports staff learning and development.
- Engages in partnership, coordination and collaboration.
- Supervises drivers.
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities assigned as required.
Required Experience
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Supply Management, Transportation and any other related fields.
Qualifications
Secondary Education in any related fields is required.
