Overview
To support the delivery of professional, client-focused HR services, partnering with managers to implement HR solutions in line with WFP corporate priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operational activities or projects aligned to business needs.
- Respond to queries from managers and staff regarding policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools.
- Administer conditions of service, contracts and appropriate entitlements.
- Support staff capability building and onboarding activities.
- Provide support in building talent within WFP.
- Support organizational design activities.
- Collate data and contribute to accurate and timely reporting.
- Conduct straightforward data analysis under close guidance.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of overall experience, including 3 years of Professional Experience (managerial or supervisory) in areas related to Human Resources with an interest in international humanitarian development. Within these 3 years of professional experience, a minimum of 1 year of experience must be after postgraduation.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or other relevant field.
