Overview
Support the validation and management of beneficiary data for UNICEF supported humanitarian cash transfer programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review beneficiary data to identify duplicates, resolve inconsistencies and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Convert beneficiary information into UNICEF's Humanitarian Cash Operations and Programme Ecosystem (HOPE) standard templates.
- Maintain and update beneficiary records in HOPE and local government datasets.
- Validate data before and after import into HOPE and address data quality issues.
- Process beneficiary data updates through the HOPE grievance management system.
- Organize grievance tickets and supporting documentation.
- Support the design, testing and rollout of online beneficiary registration tools.
- Conduct user testing and verify data import into HOPE.
- Identify opportunities to improve beneficiary data management processes.
Required Experience
- 1 month
- At least 1 year of demonstrated voluntary and professional experience in data management, technology, and digitalization.
- Familiarity with digital data collection and management platforms.
- Experience with KoboToolbox, or other information management systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of beneficiary data management practices in humanitarian or emergency response settings is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting data reporting, visualization and dashboard development is an asset.
- Experience working with UN agencies, government counterparts or development partners is an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Data Analytic.
