Overview

Prepares drafting works using AutoCAD software for site surveys, designs, and drawings. Produces 3-dimensional presentation drawings and hard copies of plans. Assists in daily operations and produces drawings for building remodeling and housing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares, using the AutoCAD software, all drafting works necessary for the production of site surveys, schematic designs, concept designs, master plans, detailed architectural, structural, and electrical and mechanical drawings to ensure the continuous flow of operations;
  • Prepares 3-dimensional presentation drawings, diagrams, charts, and simple graphic works to be used in presentations as required in order to assist team members with their presentation needs;
  • Produces hard copies of the designs and plans to ensure that the supervisor checks and approves the work done;
  • Assists Division Heads in carrying out the daily operations to ensure the continuous flow of activities;
  • Produces drawings for the remodeling of existing buildings.
  • Produces designs and detailed drawings for housing & shelters.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience

Five years of experience in AutoCAD drawing, drafting and graphic works and 3-dimensional applications. Experience in engineering-related office equipment such as plotter, drawing photocopying machine and other relevant ones is required.

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma from an accredited institution in civil, architectural or structural engineering.

Remuneration
Monthly basic salary JD 710.100 fils. Monthly Provident Fund contribution (15.4% of basic salary paid by the Agency), compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave, and dependency allowance (if applicable). 2 days of sick leave for each completed month of service. 14 weeks of Maternity Leave. 2 weeks paternity leave.
