Overview

The consultant will analyze the benefits and challenges for adopting a protocol on mutual recognition of paperless solutions for non-preferential Certificate of origin among selected CPTA parties.


Key Responsibilities
  • Draft a document analyzing benefits and challenges for adopting a protocol on mutual recognition of paperless solutions for non-preferential Certificate of origin.
  • Present findings at expert group meetings and national consultation meetings.
  • Refine the document based on consultation outcomes.
Required Experience

A minimum 5-year work experience in the area of trade policy/facilitation/e-commerce/paperless trade is required. Relevant experience in implementing trade facilitation project(s) preferred.

Qualifications

Master’s or higher degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, and/or related fields.
