WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Primary Health Care Leadership Development, Quality Assurance and Human Resource Development in Pacific Island Settings. This is a re-advertisement of WHO Bid Reference No. WPRO/DAF/SAO/SUP/P/0009421. Suppliers who have already submitted proposals under the original solicitation are not required to submit their offers. Instructions for Submission of Proposals Proposals must be submitted no later than 24 August, 5:00 PM (GMT +8). All submissions should be made through the WHO e‑Tendering Platform (In‑Tend).
