Overview
Accountable for the development, support, and implementation of the Finance Transformation project, including the Planning Tool Replacement Project. Plays a key role in handling ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.
Tasks Summary
- Be an integral member of the Planning Tool Replacement Project to deliver the best practice FP&A solution
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to understand existing data infrastructure, planning and reporting processes
- Design, configure, develop and implement business modules within the new planning tool
- Provide training and troubleshooting for stakeholders
- Primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to the new planning system
- Assist in change management process including communicating system updates and functionality changes
- Support and drive a business partnership approach
Experience Requirements
- Strong experience in Data Analyst position
- Strong experience in business planning and/or FP&A tools and techniques
- Strong experience with Financial Modelling and data visualisation or BI tools
- Strong experience with business requirements, system selection and solution design
- Proven experience working an agile environment as part of a multi-disciplined team
Qualification Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Technology or Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA, Macro, Power Query
- Intermediate SQL skills
