Overview

Oversee and support the learning journey of over 50 students in a community-based project. Lead and coordinate a team of volunteer teachers and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of an after-school academic support program.


Tasks Summary
  • Work onsite in the program center in close collaboration with the General Director, Project Coordinator, and onsite teaching staff
  • Supervise and coordinate daily homework sessions, academic support, and enrichment activities
  • Create and manage weekly schedules for students and volunteers
  • Monitor student progress and share regular updates with the General Director and Project Coordinator
  • Participate in the evaluation and feedback processes for volunteers
  • Maintain clear documentation, including incident tracking and communication with parents
  • Ensure compliance with Intiwawa’s internal policies and procedures onsite

Experience Requirements

Qualification Requirements

Minimum 18 years old

Other Details

Languages Required: Conversational Spanish level minimum

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months

Work Modality: onsite
