Overview
Responsible for the overall management of the finance team of the base, ensuring qualitative cash flow and bookkeeping, and budgetary and financial monitoring.
Tasks Summary
- Manage the finance team, including capacity building and setting objectives
- Ensure qualitative cash flow and bookkeeping for all transactions
- Conduct budgetary and financial monitoring
- Participate in key internal meetings
- Report on achievements and reporting
- Ensure regular communication with line and functional managers
Experience Requirements
- Understanding the Sittwe context
- Understanding team dynamics, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Building a capacity plan for key team positions
- Familiarizing and mastering key SI finance tools (Boussol, AB, CFF)
- Organizing monthly budget follow-up meetings
- Training managers in budget follow-up, forecasting, and SAGA cross-checks
- Participating in strategic thinking for 2026 RKS programming
