Tasks Summary
- Perform desk research on market landscape and developments
- Conduct market intelligence research and prepare reports
- Participate in key projects, leading data collection and analytics
- Assist in diagnostic missions and quality review of reports
- Contribute to project concept notes and implementation plans
- Collaborate on desk reviews, data analysis, and note preparation
- Support organization of high-level missions and follow-up
- Plan and organize knowledge management events
- Develop proposals for clients
- Assist in processing internal documentation
- Prepare projects and supervision documents, tracking KPIs
- Monitor project timelines
- Ensure data quality in project documents
- Prepare initial drafts of donor reports
- Assist in strategy building and project coordination
- Provide analytical and technical support
- Ensure standardization and quality in client deliverables
- Support due diligence analysis
Experience Requirements
At least 4 years of relevant experience in Ethiopia, in the private and/or financial sectors, donor agencies, development finance institutions, or consultancies, with expertise in market research, surveys, business development, and data analysis.
Qualification Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics and related fields.
