Overview
The Senior Financial Officer will lead the Client Services team for RAMP, ensuring high-quality operational coordination, timely implementation of client requests, and effective collaboration with internal teams. The role also involves leading IT and digital initiatives for RAMP operations.
Tasks Summary
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Services team.
- Serve as the primary operational and legal process focal point for RAMP clients.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery of asset management services.
- Support the preparation and coordination of RAMP items for the Treasury Operations Committee.
- Lead development of modernized digital tools and automated solutions.
- Oversee data systems, documentation platforms, and financial control tools.
- Maintain all key client data.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of reporting to RAMP members.
- Coordinate onboarding, mandate and guideline changes, contributions/withdrawals, and other asset management actions.
- Represent TREAA with business partners to support business continuity planning and manage operational risk.
- Identify operational gaps and lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Represent RAMP Client Services across internal bodies.
- Support advisory to clients in areas where the team has expertise.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, treasury operations, or institutional client management.
- Experience in multilateral, public sector, or institutional investment environments is an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related field.
