RFP 70-25 Preparation of Energy Efficiency Study for the Existing Public Lighting System in the Municipality of Pljevlja The assignment covers the preparation of the Study on the Energy Efficiency of the Existing Public Lighting System for the Municipality of Pljevlja (Elaborat energetske efikasnosti postojećeg sistema javne rasvjete u Pljevljima). The company shall conduct a complete field survey, analyse the current public lighting infrastructure, and propose modernization measures based on the Project Task and applicable standards. The services include assessment of existing lighting assets; collection of technical data; analysis of electricity consumption and maintenance costs; development of a concept for replacement with energy-efficient LED luminaires; techno-economic evaluation of proposed measures; and definition of lighting regulation regimes. All works must comply with relevant legislation and technical norms. Timeframe: 4 months from contract signing.
