Manage the implementation of the Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work project in Ukraine, aligning with national strategies and international labour standards.
Tasks Summary
- Coordinate, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate project activities.
- Manage project funds and budget.
- Manage project human resources, including recruitment and performance.
- Provide technical support to the project team, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical and financial reports.
- Foster relationships with government, employers' and workers' organizations, NGOs, and donors.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Experience in managing funds/budgets.
- Experience in managing human resources, including recruitment and performance management.
- Experience providing technical support to project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Experience fostering contacts and relations with government, ministries, employers' and workers' organizations, non-governmental organizations, and donors.
