Overview
The Treasury & IRSP Team Leader provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of Treasury and International Retirement Savings Plan (IRSP) activities within Financial Shared Services. The role ensures compliance, accurate financial execution, and coordination with Geneva teams for global financial operations and employee benefits administration.
Tasks Summary
- Lead, coach, and develop Treasury and IRSP teams
- Drive continuous process improvements and KPI achievement
- Oversee Statement of Work review and maintenance
- Manage issue resolution and escalation
- Coordinate audits and compliance reviews
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Oversee management of FX exposure, interest-rate, credit, and liquidity risks
- Supervise cash flow forecasting
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
- Support financial and regulatory reporting
- Oversee back-office payment operations
- Oversee preparation and review of IRSP financial reports, account reconciliations, and benefit disbursements
- Ensure accurate tracking of members’ contributions, withdrawals, and benefits
Experience Requirements
- Experience in Treasury operations
- Experience in International Retirement Savings Plan (IRSP) administration
- Experience in financial shared services
