Overview

The Social Champion Facer I will be responsible for executing fundraising activities through the face-to-face channel, interacting directly with individuals in public and/or private spaces to inspire recurring donations for UNICEF's work with children and adolescents.

Tasks Summary

• Promote UNICEF's work and invite new individuals to become recurring donors through direct and empathetic conversations.
• Correctly apply the F2F fundraising technique according to organizational guidelines, quality standards, and principles.
• Ensure accurate, clear, and complete collection of information from new donors.
• Achieve performance goals assigned by the supervisor for the corresponding period.
• Actively participate in training and continuous learning sessions.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and receptive attitude to constructive feedback.
• Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, ethics, and commitment to UNICEF and UNV program values.
• Strictly comply with internal information security policies, including those associated with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), if managing payment information.

Remuneration: • Monthly subsidy $344.92 to cover personal expenses, daily commute to the assignment location within the city, and normal cost of living. • Bi-monthly bonus based on team performance (excellence allowance). • International medical insurance with 100% coverage (includes dentistry). • Life and disability insurance.
