Tasks Summary
- Provide HR generalist support and advice on policy interpretation and employee relations
- Manage HR administration, including queries and records
- Coordinate HR activities like performance reviews, reporting, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure program compliance with Australian legislation, DFAT, and Palladium requirements
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, contracting, and onboarding
- Undertake general administration tasks to support office management
Experience Requirements
- Experience as a HR professional in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate management, interview logistics, drafting ad text, interview questions, panel support, and onboarding
- Project coordination and administration skills
- Proven capability to provide trusted and accurate advice on HR related matters
Qualification Requirements
• Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar
