Coordinating HR service delivery for an international scholarship program, providing HR generalist support and administration.
Tasks Summary
- Provide HR generalist support and advice on policy interpretation and employee relations
- Respond to HR queries, maintain HR records and systems
- Support and coordinate HR activities including performance review, reporting, and wellness, learning and development initiatives
- Ensure program compliance with Australian legislation, DFAT requirements and Palladium
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, selection, contracting and onboarding
- Undertake general administration tasks to support office management
Experience Requirements
- Experience as a HR professional in a diverse and fast paced environment
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate management, interview logistics and coordination, drafting ad text and interview questions, panel support and onboarding
- Proven capability to provide trusted and accurate advice to managers and staff on HR related matters
- Experience in international development or a service delivery industry desirable but not essential
Qualification Requirements
• Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar
