LEITMOTIV-AREA Hellín (Albacete), Spain Volunteer opportunity: CreActive EUROPE
The volunteer will support LEITMOTIV in all national and international projects through tasks such as translation of the association's website, drafting documents (contracts, infopacks, agreements, projects) in English, and maintaining contact with foreign partners in English. Responsibilities also include event planning for Erasmus+ and ESC promotion, content creation for social media and the Campos de Hellín cultural agenda, and participation in information and recruitment processes for volunteers. The volunteer will organize youth workshop, including organizing and facilitating youth exchanges, about volunteering and associations, represent LEITMOTIV in events and fairs, and may propose and implement a personal project for the town, region, or association. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements Volunteers will live in a typical house of Hellín renovated and equipped with everything necessary, a small kitchen lounge, three bathrooms, a single room for each participant and Internet. LOGISTICAL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The volunteer should keep in mind that this year will be the first time we’re carrying out the project in Hellín, with everything that implies—meaning the project is still being defined. We have our activities and goals to implement, but we are eager for volunteers to offer their ideas, identify the gaps, and address the needs they recognize in Hellín. Training during the activity Volunteers in the European Solidarity Corps are entitled to several trainings: an on-arrival training and, for long-term projects, a mid-term evaluation, both organized by the National Agency. They also receive free access to the Online Language Support (OLS) platform. Hosting organizations provide internal training relevant to project tasks and offer regular mentoring sessions for personal and emotional support. These trainings aim to ensure proper integration, learning, and well-being. Participant profile The project will receive European volunteers proceeding from Spain and other different countries in a total period of 11months. The ages of these will be understood between the 20 and 30 years. Both select volunteers must be autonomous and independent persons with initiative and to being able to be entrepreneurs, because we would like to have a project proposed by them. We search sociable persons, used to live in a non easy environment because the project will develop in a small city in Albacete province, used to treat with disadvantaged or immigrant population, with digital competences in social networks, web design, european projects etc or with special interest to learn about this and, preferably,
