Inclusion 3 is an ESC (European Solidarity Corps) project. The volunteering period is of 6 months, in which the days spent in RO represent the activities. These activities will take place between February - July 2026. This project pursues 2 objectives: 1. Inclusion and equal opportunities for disadvantaged young people (NEET'S), this objective will respond to the need to increase the level of quality education, improve school dropout, increase motivation and self-confidence. 2. Citizens' Rights and Anti-Discrimination Practices: this objective is aimed at disadvantaged young people with whom we have been working for 10 years in the communities of Ilfov County. We want to increase and improve the level of trust and civic education. Through this project, we wish to bring together a number of 4 volunteers: 1 from Romania & 3 from Europe. They will stay 6 months in Romania, from 1st of February to 31st of July 2026. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/inclusion_esc/ Accommodation, food and transport arrangements The participants will be accommodated in Ilfov County and will be provided a youth student’s dormitory with 2 bed placements in one room. Each participant will have at least 1 roommate. The participants may be placed in the same room with participants from other countries so that they will interact and bond with their roommates. The bathrooms will be on the corridor and not in the rooms. The division in the rooms & bathroom will be by gender. Participants are asked to bring personal things such as hairdryer, towels, flip-flops. Volunteers will receive a cost of 320 €/month as monthly grant. Training during the activity 1. Morning session between 09.00 - 12.00: from Tuesday to Thursday, volunteers work with young people and high school teachers from Ilfov county with whom we collaborate. On Monday and Friday mornings, the volunteers are in the office, where they review the weekly activity with the project coordinator and set the activities for the next week's goals. 2. Afternoon session between 14:00 and 16:00: a series of courses/activities are held to train volunteers on the following topics: media literacy, group communication and stage presence. Participant profile We accept candidates that are between 18 and 25 years old. The candidates need to study the accommodation section of the Info Pack that will receive from us via email, in order to find out details such as the monthly grant, what personal usage objects need to be brought which are not provided by us and other important info that the candidates might need.
