Overview
Develops two Guidance packages (Stage 4 and Stage 5) for the CCAC AQMx Legal Framework and Policy Design, identifying supporting resources and breaking down activities into actionable steps.
Tasks Summary
- Write two Guidance packages (Stage 4 and Stage 5) of approximately 5,000 words each.
- Identify a minimum of 30 supporting resources (tools, models, databases, reports, articles...) to complement each step.
- Break down activities into concrete and actionable steps for air quality managers progressing from Stage 3 to 4, and 4 to 5.
- Use clear and accessible language.
- Ensure cross-linkages and overall consistency with other areas of Air Quality Management Guidance.
- Conduct consultations on the topic with the AQMx Technical Advisory Group (TAG) and relevant partners and stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
Experience in developing guidance packages for air quality management, specifically in legal framework and policy design.
