Provides technical and operational maintenance for information systems, focusing on data management, governance, and reporting solutions. Supports the efficient and effective use of public funds by assessing requirements and proposed solutions.
Tasks Summary
- Responsible for technical and operational maintenance of information systems
- Implement and monitor data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security
- Establish data cleansing processes and maintain data classification, ownership, and access controls
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot errors, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Liaise with vendors for issue resolution, patches, enhancements, and upgrades
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of a secure and scalable ICT architecture
- Share best practices and provide training
- Document methodologies, decisions, and conventions
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of post-related experience
- Experience in implementation and support of business applications (e.g., ERP, P3M) and integration platforms
- Proven experience of data analytics, reporting, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ETL processes
- Solid understanding of ICT architecture principles and query languages (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with customer-facing functions and application user support
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to present complex IT issues to non-technical audiences
Qualification Requirements
University degree from an institution of recognized standing in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or other relevant field(s)
