Overview

Operates in fire prevention and emergency response, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Responds to workplace emergencies and supports equipment maintenance.


Tasks Summary
  • Responds to emergency dispatches involving elevator entrapments and performs safe passenger extractions.
  • Responds to and trains for different types of workplace emergencies.
  • Supports regular inspections, maintenance, and testing of emergency prevention and response equipment.
  • Inspects buildings and facilities to detect and eliminate fire hazards and environmental hazards.
  • Inspects fire extinguishing and fire protection equipment, preparing reports on deficiencies.
  • Ensures automatic fire alarm systems are present, operable, and maintained.
  • Ensures exit and information signs are properly displayed and maintained.
  • Removes or reports obstacles obstructing building evacuation.
  • Identifies and reports risks from inflammable, toxic, or dangerous materials.
  • Performs initial and minor fire suppression duties and hazardous operations first response.
  • Prepares reports and uses software for documentation.
  • Participates in emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Provides first aid in emergency situations.
  • Reads and interprets building blueprints for evacuation routes.
  • Reports findings to stakeholders detailing violations and recommended corrective actions.
  • Interacts with Italian fire department officials, providing language assistance.

Experience Requirements
  • Three years of professional experience in fire prevention, emergency response, and environmental safety.
  • Experience performing fire inspections and enforcing safety regulations.
  • Experience coordinating rapid response to fire and workplace emergencies.
  • Demonstrated experience inspecting, operating, and maintaining fire protection systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting fire detection and suppression systems.
  • Experience performing routine verifications and coordinating maintenance.
  • Skilled in emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with elevator rescue operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledgeable of local fire codes.

Qualification Requirements
  • Higher Secondary Education Diploma
  • Health and Safety Course certification within the last (5) years
  • First Aid Course Achieved within the last (5) years

Contract Duration: Indefinite duration contract

Remuneration: Basic Gross Pay: € 2.262,00 Monthly
