Overview
Performs technical security tasks and missions, and develops and maintains related regulations. Contributes to supporting Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM), Technical Security Inspections, and running In-Place Monitoring Systems (IPMS).
Tasks Summary
- Execute daily operations and missions of the Technical Security team
- Implement technical security measures for NAC activities, ministerial, summits and high level meetings
- Follow plans and timeframes for project implementation
- Manage work projects to achieve results
- Monitor the life cycle of equipment and tools
- Report technical issues when identified
- Maintain knowledge on technical security by attending meetings and trainings
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a technical or security related field
- Capable of conducting technical tasks and operating specialised equipment alone
- Possess knowledge of Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) and Tempest requirements for IT & communications equipment
Qualification Requirements
- Good general education of at least secondary level
- Formal qualification in a technical or scientific subject such as a level 4 qualification in engineering/physics or relevant vocational certificate in communication technologies (desirable)
