Overview

To maintain close and smooth coordination with the State Govt, updating on Project progress and seeking support for timely implementation of Project activities. The Coordinator will ensure timely State level activities and wide dissemination of information.


Tasks Summary
  • Keep track of Project activities and stay updated on developments.
  • Regularly update progress of activities to Director, Agriculture.
  • Support preparation of success stories from Project work.
  • Disseminate experiences and success stories among stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings of visiting Country Office team with GoA senior officers.
  • Facilitate field visits of Country Office team.
  • Liaison with District team and Country Office, escalating implementation challenges.
  • Identify strategies for convergence with Government Agriculture programmes.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling up Project activities and reaching out to GoA agencies.
  • Lead in organizing state-level events linked to ENACT project.

  • Experience in coordinating with State Govt.

  • Experience in conducting State level activities like trainings, events, forums.
  • Experience in disseminating information widely.
  • Experience in escalating issues to Director level for resolving.

  • Experience in facilitating meetings with senior government officers.
  • Experience in facilitating field visits.
  • Experience in discussing implementation challenges.
  • Experience in identifying strategies and areas of convergence with Government Agriculture programmes.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for scaling up Project activities.
  • Experience in reaching out to various agencies for convergence and sustainability.
  • Experience in organizing state-level events.

Qualification Requirements
Other Details

Contract Duration: 11 Months or 31st December 2026

Remuneration: Salary in the range of 80,000 to 1,00,000 depending upon qualifications, experience and remuneration in the last assignment. Employee will be covered with medical benefits as per WFP's Plan. All Tax liability for payments from this contract are to be borne by the subscriber.
