Overview
This role focuses on managing change and promoting innovation within the organization. It involves executing business innovation projects and contributing to overall innovation and change management priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Business Innovation projects
- Contribute to overall Innovation and Change Management priorities
- Be part of the BIU leadership team
- Deliver one/two projects at a time
- Advise Division Chief/Directors on prioritization of key corporate initiatives
- Lead discussions with team members and other divisions
- Lead analytical and project management support
- Guide UN Reform implementation inside WFP
- Advise UNDCO on data collection
- Lead a team to carry out analysis and visualizations
- Drive communication efforts on UN Reform
- Drive knowledge management reviews and best practices sharing
- Hire, develop and retain BIU team members
- Guide and supervise more junior staff
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of work experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking or private equity
- Additional previous experience in an international organization necessary
Qualifications
• Preference for a degree in business, economics or engineering
