Overview
Manages the coordination and overall management of ICTM finances, including budgeting, procurement, execution, and administration. This role supports the alignment of financial resources with project needs and monitors budget utilization.
Tasks Summary
- Line management of the ICTM Budget Officer
- Coordination and overall management of ICTM finances
- Budgeting, procurement, execution, and administration of ICTM finances
- Coordination of Service Level Agreement establishment with NCIA
- Monitoring delivery of requested services
- Collaboration with Budget Officers and NCIA teams
- Deputizing for the Head BRM occasionally
- Planning and execution of ICTM Medium-Term Financial Plan
- Managing ICTM annual and revised budgets
- Regular ICTM budget reporting
- Revision of applicable workflows
- Planning and managing budgets for BSM and DIMS
- Preparation of MTFP and annual budgets for SLAs and ARPs
- Negotiating SLA price conditions and financial aspects of IT services
- Overseeing budget expenditure of ICTM projects
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT financial management
- Experience in cloud financial management, cost control, and budgeting
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Experience in developing and managing IT service cost models, including cloud cost models
- Experience in managing culturally diverse teams
- Experience in managing supplier contracts
- Experience with procurement processes within an international organisation
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Good knowledge of standard financial software, relevant IT systems and overall good computer literacy

• University degree in accounting, economics, business administration, financial management or field relevant for the role
