Tasks Summary
  • From 1rst January 2026 we are the Juve Foundation – Youth Connects Germany with Eastern Europe and Central Asia gGmbH. Bringing young people, educational institutions, and organizations together across borders is our mission. Together with partners in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, we promote international educational partnerships, exchange, and civic engagement. Our work combines consulting, training, knowledge transfer, and innovative educational formats. We create spaces where young people can learn from each other, compare ideas, and develop new perspectives on common issues of the future. Academy, support in organizing events, participant management and content preparation. Resource Center, research on partner countries, funding and stakeholders, website support. Innovation Lab, gaming and education projects, workshops and youth exchange support. Public Relations, social media content, research and community interaction. We are looking for long time (1 year) cooperation. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements The volunteer will receive pocket, food and accommodation money every month from the coordinating organisation e.p.a. in Hamburg. The costs for transportation will be covered. Training during the activity On arrival and mid term training will take place in Germany. Topics of the activity The volunteer work is in the field of education and youth work and touches on several key topics of the European Solidarity Corps, including:
  • Intercultural learning and education,
  • Digital transformation and media literacy,
  • Youth participation and social engagement,
  • Strengthening European and global solidarity. We offer you the opportunity to work at the intersection of education, digitalization, and international cooperation — and to join us in shaping new forms of learning and exchange. Participant profile We welcome applicants aged 18 to 30 who are from one of our partner countries and are interested in international cooperation. Important requirements:
  • Good knowledge of English is required, good knowledge of German is desirable, communication in Russian is possible
  • Interest in international encounters, event organization, and collaborative project work
  • Interest in games, digital culture, and youth work
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Office applications, social media, or online communication)
  • Communicative personality, openness, and responsibility
  • Willingness to work independently and in a team
  • Enjoyment of creative work (e.g., graphics, video, text, or streaming) Previous experience is welcome but not required— more important is the willingness to learn new things, commitment and get actively involved.
