Overview
Consultant to conduct a terminal evaluation of the UNEP Project "Supporting Inclusive Green Economy Approaches to Sustainable Development". The evaluation will assess project performance and determine outcomes and impacts.
Tasks Summary
- Conduct inception phase including desk review, introductory interviews, drafting Theory of Change, preparing evaluation framework, developing protocols, and planning schedule.
- Prepare Inception Report incorporating feedback.
- Undertake data collection and analysis.
Experience Requirements
Experience in conducting evaluations, particularly terminal evaluations of UN projects. Experience in environmental affairs and sustainable development is relevant.
