Overview
Conduct a terminal evaluation of two UNEP/GEF GOLD Programme child projects: “Global knowledge management (GEF 9697)” and "PlanetGold Programe (GEF 9602)". The evaluation will assess performance, outcomes, and impacts, and identify lessons learned for future project formulation and implementation.
Tasks Summary
- Manage the overall evaluation and ensure timely provision of outputs
- Conduct preliminary desk review and introductory interviews
- Draft the reconstructed Theory of Change and/or systems framework
- Prepare the evaluation framework
- Develop desk review and interview protocols
- Draft survey protocols (if relevant)
- Develop and present criteria for country and/or site selection
- Plan the evaluation schedule
- Prepare the Inception Report
- Conduct further desk review and interviews
Experience Requirements
- Experience in managing evaluations
- Experience in the environmental sector
