Overview
The Protection Associate supports the Protection & CTA Division in integrating a protection-centred approach across operational responses, policy work, and humanitarian diplomacy for people affected by conflict and violence.
Tasks Summary
- Support development and rollout of guidance for field delegations
- Contribute to design and delivery of training materials and capacity-building sessions
- Support preparation and delivery of briefings for deployed staff
- Assist in monitoring protection responses, identifying gaps, and tracking progress
- Monitor developments in the operating environment, compiling updates and summarising research
- Support organisation of and reporting on internal and external meetings and events
