Overview
Provide support in coordinating project activities and facilitating the development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned project outputs.
Tasks Summary
- Facilitate development, implementation, and evaluation of project outputs
- Monitor and analyze project development and implementation
- Review documents and reports, identify issues, and recommend actions
- Conduct basic research on programmes, operations, and activities
- Provide support for policy coordination and evaluation
- Assist in consulting assignments and workshop facilitation
- Participate in survey initiatives and data collection tool design
- Contribute to written outputs like background papers and reports
- Provide administrative and substantive support for meetings and conferences
- Undertake outreach activities and participate in training workshops
- Participate in field missions for substantive and administrative support
- Coordinate activities related to budget funding and reporting
- Contribute to data collection, analysis, and identification of trends
- Support development and growth of Refugees and Trade work in Kenya
- Obtain necessary permissions for intellectual property rights
Experience Requirements
Experience in programme management and coordination is implied by the role's responsibilities.
Qualification Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in economics, business administration, environmental studies, management, law, or related field
- A first-level university degree in the areas mentioned is also acceptable
