This internship involves conducting research on Asian infrastructure finance, contributing to high-impact research that shapes sustainable infrastructure development and economic growth.

Tasks Summary

• Process and analyse large geospatial and survey datasets
• Conduct analysis using causal inference, machine learning, and advanced statistical techniques
• Develop indicators of welfare and economic activity from satellite imagery
• Document methodology and produce visualizations
• Contribute to drafting research notes or reports

Experience Requirements

Relevant data and analytical support experience in large international organizations, universities, research institutions, think-tanks or financial institutions is a plus

Qualification Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD program or a Postdoctoral Research Fellow program, preferably in economics, development, public policy, finance, statistics, data science
