Overview
Support the final phase of the Public Program by contributing research-driven content inputs and developing practical coordination tools and operational materials. Assist in planning and preparing for a dedicated engagement event with Governors.
Tasks Summary
- Support Public Program including content and speaker research
- Assist in developing a consolidated tool to track key speaker and session information
- Support session leads in drafting concise summaries of Public Program sessions
- Assist in preparing Moderator & Speaker Briefing Kits
- Support development of an on-site operations playbook
- Assist in planning and preparing for a Governors’ Engagement Event
- Conduct background research for Governors’ Engagement Event
- Draft key messages and talking points for Governors’ Engagement Event
- Prepare participant briefs for Governors’ Engagement Event
- Support logistical and materials coordination for Governors’ Engagement Event
Experience Requirements
Qualification Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Masters/MBA or PhD program, preferably in Public Policy, International Relations, Communications, Economics, or a related field
