Overview
The intern will support the Valuation and Analytics (VA) Team in summarizing key transaction documents, performing financial analysis, industry research, and benchmarking analysis to contribute insights into quarterly fair value exercises.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in organizing and summarizing key terms in investment legal documents
- Analyze periodic financial statements and other reports of underlying equity investments
- Conduct industry research and benchmarking analyses to support quarterly valuation updates
- Support the VA team in performing periodic valuations of AIIB’s loan and equity portfolio
- Assist in preparing and updating the quarterly equity performance report for timely delivery to management
Experience Requirements
- Experience in financial modelling and financial analysis of investment projects would be an advantage
- Familiarity with private equity and venture capital fund structures, including fund hierarchy, capital commitments, distributions, and fee mechanism is a plus
Qualification Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master’s, or PhD program in economics, accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
