Overview
The Budget Intern will support the Budget Team in managing AIIB’s administrative and capital budgets, focusing on expenditure reviews and resource optimization.
Tasks Summary
- Conduct an expenditure review of a selected budget area
- Collect and analyse internal historical expenditure data
- Identify trends, patterns, and cost drivers
- Perform external benchmarking and market research
- Develop a report summarizing findings
- Propose recommendations for cost efficiency and resource optimization
Experience Requirements
Qualification Requirements
- Enrolled in a full-time study towards a Master's (including MBA) degree or equivalent from an internationally recognized institution majoring in financial accounting, Management Information Systems, or business administration
- Solid understanding of financial accounting
- CPA, CIMA or CFA preferred
